Alex è stato il primo pilota a vincere un evento del campionato del mondo con gli stivali, ed è attualmente uno dei piloti che guidano la scia di aspetto kitesurfing.

THE HTC ATLANTIC KITE CHALLENGE
Departing between 20th-25th of November 2013 a team of 6 kitesurfers will cross the Atlantic Ocean by kite.
In a 24-hours non-stop relay session every rider will be surfing 4 hours a day: 2 by day, 2 by night. The changing of kitesurfers will be done by a routine operation using a support rib connected with yacht.
The team will take the Southern Atlantic route – departing from the Fuerteventura – arriving 6000 km (or 3200 Nm) later in the Turks and Caicos island. This epic trip will have an estimated duration between 2 and 3 weeks depending on winds and currents and has its arrival event between 7 and 15 december 2013.
“Gift”, the word which sums it all up for F-One riders again this year as they travel to Mauritius to test 2014 gear and ride. The ocean delivered incredible conditions that thrilled both wave riders and freestylers alike with amazing moments on the water, in the air and on the shore.
